This McDonald's is alright...the last few times I went through drive through, although I had a small order, I had to wait in a special parking area for staff to finish and bring my order out to me. I have no idea why unless I stopped in at a time when they would not typically be busy so they had to make everything I ordered after I ordered it. The staff was polite though. My children enjoy going in here. They do have a large dining area with seating in the front windows. The restrooms are usually tidy.
Are McDonald's here in Fallston is a great place when you're hungry for fast food :-) I like the place in Fallston the best because it's easy to get in and out and I can usually pick the times it's not that much crowded. I love having the caramel sundaes;I think they're the best!

Exceptional service, very clean, and friendly out going staff. We need a break from the bad weather we were driving in, and the Lord provided us with just that. I know what it's like to work weekends but the staff at this location seemed to be up to the task of providing a welcome and comforting experience. Kudos to the management and subordinate staff for a five start experience.
Note I am retired Army and a Class A CDL who appreciate the efforts of dedicated hard working people.
The person that waited on me couldn't even remember what size drink I ordered and had to ask me so she could give me my cup. There was no ketchup in the dispenser. My husband went up to get ketchup and stood at counter 7-9 minutes and no one asked what he needed. Slow service and store was a little dirty on floors. Trash needed changed too. Probably won't go back. Never did get ketchup.
My egg McMuffin was so hard it hurt my mouth on the first bite. Iced tea had no ice. Wife's sausage McMuffin was the same.
