So I called up asking if they can do a credit app over the phone cause my mom was not feeling well and she was gonna co sign for me......they said of course this is at about noon! She found a car and submitted it and promised to let me know........at like 4 i texted her she said she would check right after finishing up with her customer at like 6 i text her and she said she had to clock out and was busy today and would let me know when she came back in tomorrow around 115 pm I ignored her text and called the dealership and got some one in finance.......he asked me what was wrong and I told him and that its not right they should have gotten back to me with a yes or no by now or something he said well they had customers there and since i did an over the phone app i was not as important as the customers there! I have never told me i was not important as a customer what kind of customer service is that smh! I will never go back here and will tell everyone i know and even people i don't to run fast from this place they treat people like trash! I am so disappointed! I still don't know if i got the loan or not but not even mad if i did not i am more mad at how i was treated! ugh
We bought a 2017 Silverado...We love the truck so far but the service was horrible. The sales manager we dealt with was rude and uncooperative. When someone is buying a vehicle of that expense the service manager should be bending over backwards to make sure your buying experience is a good one. I walked away feeling horrible instead of being excited about our new truck. They will never get our business again.
I will never buy from here again. These guys are absolutely deceitful.
Next, the salesman who sold us our used Tahoe said the brakes and rotors were brand new. We get down the road and the rotors are worn and warped, causing vibration. The front screen scrambled out and our front collision device came loose under the mirror. When I asked them to get it to fix it, they said to take it to another Chevy dealership. I even sent them a photo.
Again, I will never buy from here again...worst buying experience of my life so far.

The dishonesty starts with these guys telling you a price and negotiating from there. Later did we find out they had listed the price lower on their website and 2 hours after I did paperwork I called them about it, so instead of being honest about jacking up the price, they tried changing the online price to match what they sold it. I told them I was no longer comfortable with the deal and their honesty even though we signed paperwork an hour before. They took the stand that a deal was a deal, there is no cooling off period and their salesman needed the sale to hit his numbers for the month.
Finally, we were supposed to have been mailed our refund check on the difference of our trade the next business day, and over 3 weeks later I had to call again today to get them to send me my check.
Then, the car we traded to them that they gave "top" dollar to us for is now listed for over $5,000 more than they gave us on their website.
Fantastic Dealership, we blew a front wheel bearing, were from out of state, service center manager Mike, took us in right away, got us back on the road in 2 hours. Great fair price. I don't know who gave bad ratings on this dealership, but they have to be complete idiots, that deserve bad service from anyone. Fantastic dealership, thanks Mike, and mid state...
