This location sucks!! They do not return phone calls and, therefore, can not possibly answer questions about a rental car that has been booked and confirmed. Very disappointed and if I didn't need the car today, I'd have canceled the reservation and gone to Hertz or Avis! For that matter, some cheap local car rental place would do a better job. Now I'm driving over 60 miles to get the car in Charleston. At least they answer their phones and return phone calls down there.
