The experience with staff and medical personnel was great, everyone was kind and had great interpersonal skills. My only problem is follow through...I have been sitting at home waiting to here that my pharmacist has filled my prescription for the past 6hrs only to call the pharmacy to find out it was never received. When I called Community Care about it they insisted it had been sent, but they would send it again.
I like care express because it's fast to be seen for minor things. However, they are limited. They cannot do imaging there. The place is neat and clean and most staff is friendly.
I've been to several walk in express clinics around the state and this one blew my mind at what they said they were not able to provide to a walk in person. I asked the person several questions at what they are able to do. The one that surprised me was that a simple urine drug test they can't do unless it's a pre empoyment or court ordered. Basically a person needs to bring papers with them. Why can't a person on their own for whatever reason come in and pay for a 2 min urine test. Lol. A person can do that at any walk in clinic. Anyways, it didn't seem they were able to do any of the proceedures I asked about. Surprising.
This was a VERY poor experience. The PA I saw as well as the nurse seemed incompetent and couldn't even give me a diagnosis or a call back after labs they had the secretary call who had no idea what to tell me other than come back if it's worse? Save yourself the hassle with this place and don't go.
This is not meant to be a negative review, because the service was pretty good. My only gripe is the follow through getting my prescription sent over to my pharmacy in a timely manner.
the staff is very nice. They seem to truly care about you and your health needs
