The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing and had a lot of choices. The people was nice but could have been cleaner. The water was clean but the tiles had a little sxum in them. Overall it's a great place to stay!
rooms were up to date, clean, and the service was friendly and easy. late at night with no reservations, plenty of room even on a Friday night. Complimentary breakfast buffet was quite a bit better than most hotels. WiFi was fast and easy to use. roughly 100 bucks a night for a standard room all of which have quite a view.
This is in our opinion the best hotel around for many miles. If you are in this part of west Virginia then this is definitely the place to stay. Sits up on the hill with easy access to i79 and several stores including Wal-Mart and an outlet mall. There are several fast food as well as other restaurants very close. Has a nice hotel and bar on premises. With excellent hot breakfast buffet included with stay. Nice indoor pool and gift shop too.
Hotel was very nice but the restaurant sucked in the morning. Hash browns we're still frozen in the middle, they said their was no bacon or sausage, eggs tasted like the ones I ate in the military. Says it's open till 9:30 am but they ran out of food at 8:30 am. Had to take my kids to McDonald's for decent food.
Location was easy to get to right off the highway and nearby amenities. Rooms were comfortable and clean, a little bit of a lady bug problem, but nothing bad. Breakfast was fine, could definitely be better if they had fresh coffee and bacon. But over all it was a pretty good stay.
