We used to stop in about once a week. We have had very bad experiences the last 3 times we've been. The staff is too busy playing around and I've also heard vulgar language coming from the kitchen. Our entire order was so messed up this time and we only ordered 4 things. We won't be back for a long time.
Staff had no clue how to do their jobs. Which resulted in a very long wait for everyone as well as crowding the entrance/exit. Food wasn't very warm and tasted awfully old.
This location was under staffed, rude, and in general chaos. I should NEVER have to wait 20 minutes for 6 tacos. It is a combined location with a KFC and the chicken side was putting out that half of the order quickly then the taco bell side was not even close. Avoid at all costs, especially if you are on a road trip.
Every time I visit there is always a long wait, drive-thru and dining. It seems like they have severe staffing issues and the employees cannot keep up with the customer volume. I have also witnessed multiple confrontations between crew members as well as heard vulgar language coming from the kitchen area. Food is accurate about 75% of the time.
